KS: That differs with each type of work. I was shooting BAEK YA HAENG from March to June this year. I had to get up early to see the rising sun. This is my favourite time outside of filming. During the filming I did not go outside directly. The curtains were closed and the lamps were not switched on. Only when day came to an end would I go out for a little walk and exercise. Although it was spring, I could not feel the sunbeams of spring and the flowers of spring.
Q: You couldn’t perform when there is sunlight?
KS: I do not want to do so, but I have to narrow the gap between myself and the character in the movie. When I begin to analyse a character and image of the person, I make a balloon in my mind. Although Yohan is a murderer, he is a fragile and vulnerable person. If it’s some other character, it is not necessary to do so. But I have to be very careful. Just to get enough sunlight coming through the cracks, I put some air into the balloon little by little. It is my duty to ensure that the balloon is not broken.
Q: The balloon is a poetic expression. Were you lonely during the 3 months?
KS: Yes, it was lonely…
Q: Why were you surprised just now?
KS: It reminded me of the time… At that time … (His eyes began to fill with tears). I’m sorry. (He took a little time to regain his composure). KOSOO : วอลเปเปอร์เป็นสีน้ำเงิน มีโซฟาอยู่ตัวหนึ่ง มีโต๊ะคอมพิวเตอร์ มีทีวีติดผนัง และมีเตียงเล็ก 1 เตียง เตียงสีแดงสด
Q : สีแดงหรือ ผมได้ยินผิดหรือเปล่านี่ ?

และวาดภาพของคนคนนี้ ผมสร้างลูกโป่งไว้ในใจลูกหนึ่ง แม้ว่าโยฮันจะเป็น ฆาตกร แต่เขาเป็นคนบอบบางและอ่อนแอ
ถ้าเป็นตัวละครตัวอื่นก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องทำ แต่ผมต้องระมัดระวังอย่างมาก
